Janette Warren
Northwest Wellness Center of Wilsonville is pleased to announce the addition of Janette Warren, licensed massage therapist (license #11510), to our staff. She brings 30 years of experience in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Sports, Pregnancy, Pressure Point, Polarity, Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Cranio Sacral, and Lymphatic Drainage Therapies. She is
also a teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute's Cranio Sacral I, II, and Lymph Drainage I seminars. Janette's progressive approach has resulted in unique combinations of therapies for pain, inflammation, fibrotic, and scar tissue softening, sports and repetitive motion injuries, head and neck traumas, pre and post surgery edemas as well as many water retention issues, sinus and headache issues, sleep apnea, sciatica, pregnancy and newborn colic and torticollis presentations.
Every body tells a story and Janette's experienced hands allow the stress and trauma of long standing pain and blockages to "let go" faster. Janette has vast experience in deep pressure point work , as well as, delicate conditions that require a light touch, such as working inside the mouth to affect sinus or TMJ issues, head traumas or working with newborns or post surgery. For chronic conditions, Janette coaxes your tissues to "let go" with sustained pressure point and tissue unwinding that leads to unique stretches that retrain the nerves. Janette gently unwinds traumas stored in the nervous system from any impact, incudling car accidents or returning veterans from war. When you get off the table, you are deeply refreshed minus the pain and discomfort you walked in with.
