Goal Setting

Month!

Did you know less than 3% of Americans have written goals?  And among those 3%, less than 1% review and rewrite their goals on a regular basis?

What are the proper steps for goal setting?

  • S- Specific- Be as specific as possible making your goals clear and concise.
  • M- Measurable- Small measurments building up to an overall goal will allow you to see progress.
  • A- Attainable- Being able to attain measures leading up to your goal will give a sense of fulfillment and keep you reaching further.
  • R- Realistic- Devise a plan, a way to reach the goal keeping in mind where you are in life at that point in time.
  • T- Timely- Set a time frame for the goals to be sure you're actively working towards them.
